03 — Terms & Conditions
Governed by the existing MSA executed 12 / 06 / 2021.
Start Date & Fee Schedule
Engagement begins June 1, 2026. A monthly retainer of $7,000 is invoiced at the start of each month. Out-of-scope work will be scoped and agreed upon separately.
Hard Costs & Change Orders
Hard costs (photography, printing, hosting, etc.) are outside this estimate and quoted separately. Out-of-scope requests or feedback delays will be addressed via a change order agreed upon by both parties.
Expenses
Level Access reimburses R Squared Group for reasonable, pre-approved expenses including travel, lodging outside the DFW area, car rental, meals, and customer-related entertainment. Records available upon request.
Payment Process
Invoices are paid either (a) by check to R Squared Group or (b) by wire to the checking account provided within each invoice.
